Welcome to the Moderation project! This bot enhances your Discord server with moderation tools, an economy system, and advanced support features. Follow these steps to get your bot up and running.
Visit the Releases Page: Go to the Releases page to find the latest version of the Moderation bot.
Choose Your Version: Select the latest version that fits your operating system.
Download the Bot: Click the download link for the bot file. Make sure to save it to a location where you can easily find it, like your desktop.
Install Node.js: If you don’t already have Node.js installed, visit the Node.js official website and download the recommended version for your operating system.
Set Up MongoDB: Download and install MongoDB from the MongoDB website. Once installed, ensure the MongoDB service is running.
Extract the Bot Files: If the downloaded file is zipped, right-click it and choose “Extract All” to access the bot files.
Win + R, type cmd, and press Enter.Cmd + Space, type Terminal, and press Enter.cd command to change your directory to where you extracted the bot files. For example:
cd path/to/Moderation
npm install
Configure the Bot: Open the configuration file in the bot’s directory with any text editor. Set your Discord bot token and adjust any other settings as needed.
npm start
Your bot should now be running! Check your Discord server to see it in action.
